Este video experimental explora las transformaciones de la imagen a través de la hibridación de medios analógicos y digitales. La captura inicial se realiza con cámara digital, mientras que el procesamiento de la información se lleva a cabo mediante técnicas analógicas, generando distorsiones y mutaciones que revelan las dimensiones espaciales en constante cambio.
El objetivo principal es observar cómo las imágenes se comportan al ser posicionadas en distintos espacios: se fragmentan, se expanden o colapsan según el contexto, desafiando la percepción fija del espectador. El proyecto se presenta como una instalación visual silenciosa, sin sonido, centrada en la pura observación de estas metamorfosis.
La reproducción se proyecta simultáneamente en una televisión y desde una cámara adicional, creando saltos entre puntos de vista que multiplican las lecturas posibles. Así, la imagen no es estática, sino un ente vivo que salta y se re-configura, invitando a habitar sus dimensiones fluidas.
This experimental video explores image transformations through the hybridization of analog and digital media. The initial capture is done with a digital camera, while the information processing employs analog techniques, generating distortions and mutations that reveal constantly shifting spatial dimensions.
The main objective is to observe how images behave when positioned in different spaces: they fragment, expand, or collapse depending on the context, challenging the viewer's fixed perception. The project is presented as a silent visual installation, without sound, focused purely on observing these metamorphoses.
The footage is played back simultaneously on a television and through an additional camera, creating jumps between viewpoints that multiply possible interpretations. Thus, the image is not static but a living entity that leaps and reconfigures itself, inviting viewers to inhabit its fluid dimensions.
